Gas Call Services wins £2M tender

Gas Call Services, the Easterhouse-based gas service and central heating maintenance
company, has won a multi-million pound contract with Falkirk Council.
The four-year contract, worth more than £2 million, will see GCS, whose clients include
Glasgow and Aberdeen city councils, provide 24-hour gas maintenance and installation
services to council properties in Falkirk. The company will also be responsible for conducting
annual service visits and safety checks.
GCS managing director Mike Donnelly said: “We are delighted to have secured this contract
with Falkirk Council. We have a proven track record in the provision of gas maintenance
services and I’m also delighted that this contract will result in the creation of 15 full-time jobs.”
The Glasgow company currently employs 87 people throughout Scotland and the UK. Back to News Index >> |
