For the Supply Only of Central Heating Equipment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Delivery & Title
1. The time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and failure by Gas Call Services Limited or its appointed agents to make delivery on any date or time stated for delivery shall not entitle the purchaser to terminate the agreement or refuse the delivery and Gas Call Services Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from any delay in delivery however so arising.

2. From the date of delivery to the Buyer the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer who shall be solely responsible for their custody and maintenance but unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing the goods shall remain the property of Gas Call Services Limited. until all payments under the Contract have been made in full and unconditionally and credited to Gas Call Services Limited's account. Whilst the ownership of Gas Call Services Limited continues the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable from all other goods in its possession as baillee of Gas Call Services Limited.

3. In the event of failure to pay the price in accordance with the Contract, Gas Call Services Limited. shall have the right to re-sell the goods such right being additional to (and not in substitution for) any other right of sale arising by operation of law or implications or otherwise and for such purpose Gas Call Services Limited. and its servants and agents may forthwith enter upon any premises or land occupied or owned by the Buyer to remove the goods.

The System Guarantee
1. Please note that the equipment supplied will have a manufacturer's guarantee attached. Gas Call Services Limited will accept no liability whatsoever for any and all subsequent installation issues.

2. These guarantees apply only where the equipment is supplied by Gas Call Services Limited or their approved agent operating on behalf of Gas Call Services Limited. providing the account has been paid in full.
