Gas Call Services is proud to have worked with Reading Council in completing Energy efficiency improvement works, and finding a long-term solution for each property within the project.
Reading Council came to us to find a solution to improve the energy efficiency within 40 individual flats. We carried out an Energy performance certificate (EPC) in each property identifying heating deficiencies.
Therefore, working with Reading Council we identified Air Source Heating Pumps as the ideal solution and with Daikin designed an efficient system for each property.
The project resulted in future-proofing 40 properties, across a 5-month period, to become carbon neutral.
