At Gas Call Services, we are committed to making a positive impact in the North East of England by ensuring that everyone has access to safe and reliable heating.

In partnership with the National Energy Action (NEA), we are proud to offer free combination boiler installations to those who need it the most.

With Limited funding, our North East office is now taking enquiries for FREE BOILERS & Installation.

Our mission is simple: to warm the homes and hearts of the most vulnerable in our community. We understand the importance of having a warm and comfortable home, especially during the cold months. That’s why we’ve joined hands with NEA to make a difference.

Do you qualify?

Who can apply?

To qualify for a free boiler installation, individuals must meet specific criteria to ensure that those in genuine need receive the assistance they require. Here are the eligibility criteria:

  • You are on a low income With high energy costs.
  • You are over the age of 65.
  • You have a child under the age of 5.
  • You have a long-term illness that is affected by the cold
  • You have a long-term that is affected by the cold
  • Your name is on the electricity bill
  • Your boiler is broken or not energy efficient

What is the Critea?

You receive one of the following means-tested benefits or Tax Credits:

  • You receive the Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit (PCGC).
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • Income Support / Universal Credit
  • Pension Credit Savings Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (with certain conditions)
  • Working Tax Credit (with certain conditions)

Who are National Energy Action (NEA)

National Energy Action (NEA) – the national fuel poverty charity, working to ensure that everyone in England, Wales and Northern Ireland is warm and safe at home. Many households in the UK are in need of more energy bill help.

The NEA plays a significant role in addressing fuel poverty. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including policy makers, manufacturers, installers, energy suppliers, local authorities, housing associations, and universities.

Their work involves understanding the causes and effects of fuel poverty and supporting affected individuals.
